Review | Tightrope Coffee ★★★★★
Tightrope Coffee is another great find for anyone looking for a high quality caffeine fix while in Cebu city. Part of what’s considered a third wave coffee shop, they put a lot of focus on the quality of the beans they use.
The cafe has a very hipster feel with a local fan base. They serve food, but as usually we didn’t get anything. There are lots of pasta dishes on the menu, but they seemed to be short on sweets. We went for the iced latte and cold brew, and were very happy with both our selections. If you’re choosing a drip coffee than you’ll be able to pick the beans you want to try from a menu. The menu gives a short profile of the type and taste.
Tightrope Coffee has a few branches scattered throughout Cebu city, but the branch we visited was just off of F. Cabahug street. It’s located near Nuat Thai Massage, so it makes for an excellent cafe to stop in before or after a massage.
