Review: Caffè Strada ★★★★

Just off of Rainbow street, Caffè Strada is a great find. It’s very calm and quiet, so the café is a good place to head if you need a time out from the chaos of Amman.

For that wasn’t good enough, they make a great cup of coffee. Some say it’s the best in the city, but we didn’t visit enough coffee houses to confirm such a bold statement. No doubt about it though, we were satisfied with what they brewed up. We liked the café so much that we dropped by for a second visit, which is a good sign of their superior quality. All that being said, quality comes at a cost and you’re going to pay a premium for that coffee. In our opinion, it’s worth it.

There is a food menu with a wide range choices. You’ll find a range of sweets, like cookies and cakes, to more substantial offerings, like sandwiches. We stuck with things on the sweeter side, and we weren’t disappointed. Generally, we tend to stay away from meals at cafés and like to play to the strengths of a business.

They are smoke-free, which is great, have English menus, and the staff also speaks English. There is free WiFi as well, which is great for any travelers. Lastly, I’d like to point out that they have nice restrooms that are impeccably clean.
