Review ｜ District 01 SuperClub ★★★★★
District 01 SuperClub, or D1 as the locals call it, is one of those typical Filipino bars. If you’ve read my review on The Cockhouse Bar, you will get the idea. The experience is one in the same. Yes, D1 is bigger, sporting 2 floors, a larger stage, and more girls singing, but there is little to distinguish it from other bars like this. Expect live music, lots of women belting out Western classics, and lots of San Miguel.
As mentioned in my other Filipino bar reviews, there is one major warning about bars like District 01 SuperClub.
➣The BIGGEST Scam in the Philippines
As I already touched upon, D1 is pretty big, with the 2nd floor mostly hosting VIP tables. These tables start at around ₱5,000 ($100). There are also private VIP rooms, where you can party with a group or one of the female entertainers behind closed doors. As I understand it, the prices for VIP tables and rooms are consumable, so it will go towards the cost of your drinks and food..
The place can get super packed, so you need to come early if you want a table.
