Review | Barbarino’s Pub & Restaurant ★★★★★
Barbarino’s Pub & Restaurant is a really friendly little pub with a super chill vibe. It’s definitely gear towards the local expat community that’s living in the city. I really like the street it’s located on, as there are a lot of hidden gems in this area. This is the area you want to go to when you want to escape the red glow Angeles is known for.
I popped in on a night they doing an open mic. I didn’t stay long enough to play, but I was invited to if I felt like it. Every in the bar is opened and talkative, and I liked the staff there quite a bit.
They do serve food, which I didn’t get a chance to try. I sensed it was very British pub-style food; think pot pie, lamb chops, that sort of stuff. They also have Sunrise Craft Beer, which is a local brew made my an expat living in town. It’s quite good and a great reason why you should stop by this place.
I will definitely make it a point to drop into place again to soak up the good vibes, and the Sunrise beer. Do note, they close kind of early for a bar.
