Review | Gusto ★★★★★
Gusto was an unexpected surprise that we discovered right across from the Submariner Dive Center (there are several branches around town). There were always people on line for gelato outside and so we deiced to take a chance.
I’m not sure if they are making the gelato on site, but it is damn good. With a host of flavors to choose, ranging from traditional favorites to tropical delights, there is something to keep you coming back here again and again. Standouts were the chocolate cherry and coconut, but I thought everything we sampled were really good.
Most people drop by for ice cream outside, they is a full restaurant here serving up Italian fare. Dropped in for a lunch and it didn’t disappoint. Highlights were the mango smoothies and sundaes that are available, but the regular food was also pretty good. Not as good as Bella Vita, also doesn’t have a view you would write home about, it’s good enough for a nice lunch if you’re in the area and want Italian. At the very least, don’t miss dropping by this place for some gelato after some diving.
